1. Definitions
"User", "you", or "your": Any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Services.
"Provider": A consultant, coach, or service provider offering services through My Thrive Today.
"My Thrive Today", "we", "us", or "our": The owner and operator of the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Services Overview
My Thrive Today allows Users to:
a. Book consultations with Providers;
b. Purchase and manage service subscriptions;
c. Schedule and manage custom project engagements.
We are a technology platform and do not provide the services offered by Providers directly. All service arrangements are made between Users and Providers.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Keep your login credentials confidential;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Bookings and Payments
Booking: When you book a service, you agree to the specific terms, fees, and availability set by the Provider.
Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions.
6. Subscriptions
You may subscribe to ongoing services or programs. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining period unless otherwise specified.
7. Project Engagements
Custom project services may include tailored consulting, coaching, or program development. These are governed by individual agreements between you and the Provider. We are not responsible for the execution, delivery, or quality of any custom projects.
8. Cancellations, Refunds & Rebooking
8.1 Consultation Cancellation by User
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule once at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, though rebooking may be allowed at the Provider's discretion.
8.2 Consultation Cancellation by Provider
If a Provider cancels your session, you will be offered:
- A full refund; or
- The opportunity to rebook at a mutually agreeable time.
8.3 Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account dashboard.
- Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once it begins unless the service was not delivered due to a platform or Provider error.
- If the subscription includes a minimum commitment term, early cancellation may incur a fee or forfeiture of promotional rates.
8.4 Project Cancellations
Project cancellation terms will be outlined in your agreement with the Provider. Refunds and termination policies are subject to that agreement. If My Thrive Today facilitated the payment, we may assist with dispute resolution but are not liable for service outcomes.
8.5 No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Rebooking may incur additional charges.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose;
- Harass, abuse, or harm Providers or other Users;
- Misrepresent your identity or any information you provide;
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its security features.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on My Thrive Today—including text, logos, design, and technology is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
11. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of services provided by third-party Providers. Your engagement with them is at your own risk. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Thrive Today shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or unsatisfactory services provided by a third party.
13. Termination
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
